Katawa Shoujo
So, I have started playing Katawa Shoujo, the free Visual Novel from the people of 4chan. I am about an hour into it, I can’t be sure, since I am a slow reader.
Despite the reputation of visual novels tend to be having and the specific subject matter, this doesn’t feel all that distasteful or too exploitative. Surprisingly the people who are writing it seen to have put a lot of thought, if not some actual research into the lives of the character that is suppose to be living. It has some surprisingly delicate moments so far.
